I spend 3 nights in Merida lovely. The staff was welcoming plus the location was marvellous and fantastic. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. The room I stayed in was unique and new-fashioned with colonial style with high ceilings. The price was gbp 2196.

There was a cockroach.

The rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors were spacious and tidy when I got here. the location is awesome, situated in a nice area that's pretty fantastic. 🌟

We had a great experience staying in a standard room with A/C and a comfortable queen-size bed with colonial-style decor. The hotel's location was awesome, close to restaurants, the main square, bus station, and central Mérida. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the city center.

The room itself was bad. Particularly small and the bathroom was not friendly for ur bath stuff. Staff was not friendly as well

This place is conveniently located near various restaurants, shops, parks, the cathedral, and other attractions.

It was the most beautiful setting just gorgeous boutique hotel, we loved it.

We have no criticism it was perfect.

We had a rental car. The valet parking was a great bonus to have. We just drove up and the car was swept away for the two days that we were in Merida. The staff was extremely helpful.

The street was a little busy with the buses.

The double rooms with double bathrooms here are beautifully decorated with antique artwork and colonial-style architecture, boasting high ceilings, along with excellent service and delicious food on offer.

Excellent location near the Main Square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor restaurant available. Clean and unique room on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Comfortable queen size bed and good lighting in the room.

The breakfast here was really nice, and the staff were super friendly. Being just steps away from the Main Square was unbeatable and convenient! 🥐
